We are an experimental cross-disciplinary practice offering services in virtual and augmented reality, digital fabrication and industrial design.

Our team has experience across multiple sectors, from digital fabrication to material research.

X-Lab was founded by graduates of ETH and the Architectural Association to unite a mixture of design-orientated professionals, in order to offer clients a high level of service across a range of briefs.

We aim to facilitate prototyping and production for designers and artists.
Our goal is to enable creative thinkers to bring their ideas to life.

We have special temperature and dust control facilities for ensuring the highest production quality possible:

• Enclosed hermetic room for laser and CNC.
• Custom CNC dust exhaust.
• Dedicated spray and wood treatment facilities.
• Special material storage equipment.

We take quality seriously and our machines are a testament to that:

• C02 laser with 150w and 1000mmx600mm bed size.
• 3Axis CNC with 2400mmx1200mm bed size.
• Markforged 3D printer.

Our teams has mixed software background ranging from Adobe illustrator to Unreal engine 4.
